James D. Recks
Director, President and CEO

Mr. Recks, while serving as President and CEO of the Company, also serves as Senior Vice President of AMC Financial Holdings, Inc., a Texas based financial holding company.

Mr. Recks has additionally served as the CEO of several of its subsidiaries and related companies which span a variety of business segments including health care, manufacturing, vending and distribution. He also has experience in the bingo business as an officer in charge of several bingo halls before their divestiture.

Mr. Recks has an accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He serves on the boards of a variety of civic and other organizations.
 
Richard K. Bunkley
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Bunkley is an accomplished operations manager with a solid track record in managing and growing portfolios of operating commercial real estate assets. He has a diverse range of experience in project management, customer relationship management, loss prevention, and web based marketing.

Mr. Bunkley has been involved in the bingo business for more than (10) years and has helped his charity partners raise over $40,000,000.

Mr. Bunkley earned a Master of Business Administration from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University.
 
Richard S. Chilinski
EVP and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chilinski is an experienced and seasoned financial professional with thirty (30) years of related leadership and management work experience spanning public accounting, manufacturing, services, consulting and high technology industries.

He has held Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Controller positions in established companies and startups. He has held financial management positions for such prestigious companies as Peat Marwick Mitchell (formerly KPMG), Bausch & Lomb, IBM, and Baker Hughes.

He is a non-registered CPA in New York state and received a Masters in Business Administration from the William E. Simon School of Management at the University of Rochester. He is a member of Financial Executive International.

Charles M. Gillman
Independent Director

Chuck Gillman is the head of the IDWR Multi-Family Office. The office employs a team of analysts with an expertise in finding companies that require operational enhancement and an improvement in corporate capital allocation. His organization evolved from experience in the 1990’s designing operational turnarounds of US and International companies while at McKinsey and Company. Mr. Gillman’s clients at McKinsey benefitted from specific measures taken to improve working-capital turnover and grow those operating units that had the highest return on invested capital while shrinking those operating units that had negative returns on invested capital. Mr. Gillman is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the Wharton School.
