James D. Recks
Director, President and CEO

Mr. Recks, while serving as President and CEO of the Company, also serves as Senior Vice President of AMC Financial Holdings, Inc., a Texas based financial holding company.

Mr. Recks has additionally served as the CEO of several of its subsidiaries and related companies which span a variety of business segments including health care, manufacturing, vending and distribution. He also has experience in the bingo business as an officer in charge of several bingo halls before their divestiture.

Mr. Recks has an accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He serves on the boards of a variety of civic and other organizations.

 

Richard S. Chilinski
EVP and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chilinski is an experienced and seasoned financial professional with thirty (30) years of related leadership and management work experience spanning public accounting, manufacturing, services, consulting and high technology industries.

He has held Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Controller positions in established companies and startups. He has held financial management positions for such prestigious companies as Peat Marwick Mitchell (formerly KPMG), Bausch & Lomb, IBM, and Baker Hughes.

He is a non-registered CPA in New York state and received a Masters in Business Administration from the William E. Simon School of Management at the University of Rochester. He is a member of Financial Executive International.
