James D. Recks
Director, President and CEO

Mr. Recks, while serving as President and CEO of the Company, also serves as Senior Vice President of AMC Financial Holdings, Inc., a Texas based financial holding company.

Mr. Recks has additionally served as the CEO of several of its subsidiaries and related companies which span a variety of business segments including health care, manufacturing, vending and distribution. He also has experience in the bingo business as an officer in charge of several bingo halls before their divestiture.

Mr. Recks has an accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He serves on the boards of a variety of civic and other organizations.

 

Charles M. Gillman
Independent Director

Mr. Gillman is the principal of Value Fund Advisors, LLC which had previously served as a general manager of Boston Avenue Capital, LLC and Yorktown Avenue Capital, LLC which entities collectively own approximately 45% of Littlefield’s common stock. Associated with their investment in the Company VFA was granted the right to nominate for consideration by the Company’s nominating committee up to two qualified individuals for election to the Company’s board.

Mr. Gillman began his career as a strategic management consultant for McKinsey & Company, New York, where he worked to develop strategic plans for business units of companies located both inside the United States and abroad. Thereafter and prior to his current position at Nadel and Gussman, LLC (“NG”), Mr. Gillman held a number of positions in the investment industry and developed an expertise in the analysis of companies going through changes in their capital allocation strategy. At NG he provides portfolio management services to its business entities.

Mr. Gillman received a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in May 1992. He is a board member of the Penn Club of New York. In addition, Mr. Gillman currently serves on the boards of directors of several other companies traded on the OTCQB.
